Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return any unsuitable items to ZOAYY. Only items bought on www.zoayy.com are eligible for return, if the product was purchased from a different platform or seller, customers must reach out to that source for returns.

RETURN & HOLIDAY EXTENSIONS To provide a more convenient holiday shopping experience, ZOAYY has extended its return window period. Orders placed on www.zoayy.com from November 1st to December 24th can be returned to our stores in their original packaging and unused condition until January 31st. However, orders placed after December 24th will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy.

PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED Customers who have placed an order but haven't received their product within the expected time frame should contact our customer service team and file a claim within 30 days. Claims submitted after this time cannot be accepted.
