SHIPMENT TRACKING With ZOAYY, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and is accessible for 24 hours after the dispatch time.
INTERNATIONAL STORE SHIPPING COUNTRY Orders placed at our international store will be shipped from either Dubai or Pakistan. As a result, customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, and tariffs in their respective countries. ZOAYY will not be accountable for any additional fees, taxes, or duties incurred.

Orders shipped to these countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs clearance charges and import duties for ZOAYY product shipments. If a parcel is returned due to the customer being unable to be located by the courier or returned by the destination country's customs authorities, the order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs and the return shipping fee.
Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return any unsuitable items to ZOAYY. To initiate the return process, please fill out the returns form and send back the item(s) to the following address: 7418 Spicewood Dr 75044 Garland, TX USA. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, unworn condition.
GENERAL DETAILS ABOUT RETURN & EXCHANGES For returns and exchanges, we will refund the payment in the same manner as the original purchase was made. Only items bought on www.zoayy.com are eligible for return, if the product was purchased from a different platform or seller, customers must reach out to that source for returns.
RETURN & HOLIDAY EXTENSIONS To provide a more convenient holiday shopping experience, ZOAYY has extended its return window period. Orders placed on www.zoayy.com from November 1st to December 24th can be returned to our stores in their original packaging and unused condition until January 31st. However, orders placed after December 24th will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy.
PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED Customers who have placed an order but haven't received their product within the expected time frame should contact our customer service team and file a claim within 30 days. Claims submitted after this time cannot be accepted.
